WEST READING, PABerks Ballet Theatre’s annual production of “The Nutcracker,” a holiday tradition for many Berks Countians, will be performed Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Scottish Rite Cathedral in West Reading. And this time, for the first time in more than 20 years, the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy will be performed by two of the company’s own dancers rather than a guest artist.
